Training and Coaching

My trainings are active and hands-on. In iterations, I shortly explain concepts and theory as a solid foundation. The participants then will experience these concepts in simulated environments. Subsequently we will discuss the effects and learnings and find answers to questions that arise within the group.

I am aware, that trainings provide a lot of information within a short period of time. In the following weeks and months the participants will apply this knowledge within their organisation. Only then new questions will arise. Hence, I offer follow-up trainings to answer these questions to deepen our knowledge.

I accompany organisations on their journey to agile and lean ways of working, such as Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Business Modelling as well as Business Skills for Startups.
